STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install electron or chromium application (vscode, chromium)
2. run the application with flag "--ozone-platform-hint=wayland"
OBSERVED RESULT
On a monitor with a high refresh rate like 144 or 165hz, the application only
runs at 60 fps. I tried with and without the freesync, the problem occurs
always.
EXPECTED RESULT
The refresh rate of the application must be the same with the monitors.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The problem does not occur in other compositors like sway or hyprland and the
applications works as expected with high refresh rates. I dont know what is the
case in Gnome.
