STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a picture where the user only has read and access permissions
2. Rotate an image
3. Close the Gwenview
OBSERVED RESULT
Gwenview asks to save the changes. Clicking on 'save all changes' results in an
error.
EXPECTED RESULT
Gwenview does not ask to save changes if it can't do so for any picture.
