STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a small picture, 100x100 pixels for instance
2. Press F to toggle from 100% to Fill
OBSERVED RESULT
The slider, combobox and button on the lower toolbar react. However, the image
stays tiny.
Interestingly this works for me on openSUSE TW, but not under Fedora 38.
EXPECTED RESULT
Display an image as "filled" works under Fedora 38.
