STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System settings, then go to Notifications -> (Application-specific
settings) Configure... -> Plasma workspace -> Configure Events...;
2. Choose, e.g. "Notifications" from the list;
3. Flag the "Play a sound" checkbox;
4. Do not choose any file, then press "OK".

OBSERVED RESULT
System is supposed to play a sound for that event (look at the "play" icon in
the "status" column), but since no file is selected this won't happen.

EXPECTED RESULT
That shouldn't happen
