SUMMARY
The entire desktop moves to the left when the mouse goes to the right side of
the desktop.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run plasma
2. Move mouse to the right side
3. Profit
OBSERVED RESULT
The desktop moves to the right side.
EXPECTED RESULT
The desktop should not move.
