STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run an application which can reproduce a multimedia content;
2. Hover over its icon in the task bar;
3. Multimedia control shows up.
OBSERVED RESULT
Multimedia control (except for volume) doesn't work.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should works.
