I have a murena cloud account, and recently I set a 2FA. Since then I cannot
use murena cloud as webdav, because Dolphin don't ask me for a username and
password.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use th webdav address (such as webdavs://murena.io/remote.php/dav/files/) in
url edit Dolphin location
2. you don't are required for user or password
3. but the anser is "folder is empty"
OBSERVED RESULT
No webdav.
EXPECTED RESULT
Webdav as before 2FA
