For people that use this bug tracker unfrequently (like myself), it would be
helpful if there were easy to find links to a description on how to format
postings, e.g. how to reference bugs, comments, etc. For the start, I guess
good visible links to https://bugs.kde.org/docs/en/html/hintsandtips.html
located near the input fields would suffice.
Maybe this simple thing might even increase the quality of future postings.
As a second step, an option to preview your post before submission might help
even more.
