Hello,
using the last Neon Unstable the kwin options "Configure Special Window
Settings" and "Configure Special Aplpication Settings" do nothing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Cick on the top-left icon
3. Select "Configure Special Window Settings" and "Configure Special
Aplpication Settings"
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
Should open the windows
