SUMMARY
I installed Neo using neon-user-20230907-0716.iso. Afterwards the home
directory of my newly created user only has a Desktop subdirectory. All the
other standard directories like Documents, Music, etc. are missing. See below
for more details. /etc/skel is also almost empty FWIW.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Neon & Reboot
2. Login as the newly created user
3. Open Dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
Only a directory "Desktop" is shown.
EXPECTED RESULT
A bunch of other directories like "Documents", "Music", "Pictures", and others
I can't remember right now should be created per default.
