SUMMARY
Insert and remove time (all tracks) functions fail to adjust guides. This means
that if any time is removed or inserted in a timeline with many guides, every
guide after the insertion/removal point must be manually adjusted.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create timeline with several guides
2. Insert or remove time (all tracks) before some of the guides
OBSERVED RESULT
Guides after the playhead are not adjusted
EXPECTED RESULT
Guides would be adjusted. Conceptually, guides are just a track of markers.
