SUMMARY
Since one of Plasma 5.27's point releases (or perhaps a Frameworks update),
Plasma notifications overlap with a vertical panel on the right side of the
screen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I can reproduce this consistently regardless of the notifying app.
OBSERVED RESULT
See the attached screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
Notifications do not overlap with the panel they are shown next to.
