After installing kio-extras (23.08.1) on Gentoo, a post-install message is
given:
* QA Notice: Package triggers severe warnings which indicate that it
* may exhibit random runtime failures.

I wanted to report this possible runtime failure because I'd like to *not*
potentially experience it in the future.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Enable "~amd64" testing for kio-extras
2. emerge -1 kde-apps/kio-extras
OBSERVED RESULT
----------------------------
Runtime crash warning is provided by Gentoo's package manager.
EXPECTED RESULT
---------------------------
Potential runtime crash warnings should not be present.
