Can't seem to find a voting option in here - so I'd just comment that I too
would like this option.
Importing both RAW and JPEG is commen working with photography and the finding
duplicates feature was one fo the main reasons I got digiKam. Currently every
single image is considered a duplicate due to the lack of format filtering
which makes the feature unusable.
