Device notifier loses setting changes after logout
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.right click on device notifier tray icon, select "device notifier settngs"
2.select any unselected radio button, check/uncheck "open popup when new device
is plugged in", apply the changes
3.restart your plasma session and check the device notifier settings
Actual Results:
Device notifier loses setting changes done before logout.
Expected Results:
Preserve setting changes done before logout.
