Hi there :)
When I set my panel to "windows can cover" and use the global menu, it does not
disappear afterwards.
I attach a video, to showcase.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any application
2. Set panel to "can be covered by windows"
3. Use the global menu and click into the running application beneith it
OBSERVED RESULT
Panel does not disappear

Panel disappears
