I have over 2,000 Wi-Fi networks saved on my company laptop and with this
number the network applet starts very slowly.
Switching from one network to another is slower. (Like a virus infected
windows)
If I connect to the WiFi and VPN network, the connection is there and works,
but the circle keeps spinning, as if he was constantly thinking about
something.
The problem occurs on every version of KDE Plasma and on every system I have
tested. It has been like this for many years, although it is slightly better
than in the versions from 2-3 years ago.
I made a script (attached) that adds and deletes networks for testing.
addnet 1000 , will add 1000 networks
addnet --del , will delete added networks
