SUMMARY
When I initially open Dolphin and change the icon sizes in any view using Ctrl
+ Mouse Wheel, Dolphin always first zooms in independent of the scroll wheel
direction.
Then after releasing Ctrl and pressing Ctrl again, zooming starts to depend on
the mouse wheel direction as expected.
