SUMMARY
Currently, Pastebin has a limitation: guests can create up to 10 new pastes per
24 hours.. Therefore, Plasma also has a limitation of 10 inserts per 24 hours
for all users combined. IMHO it makes sense to switch from Pastebin to another
similar service. I can recommend dpaste.com (https://dpaste.com/api/v2/), as it
has a simple API, has no restrictions on the number of pastes and doesn't
require any API keys.
