Simply add a field in PowerDevil to modify HibernateDelaySec at
/etc/systemd/sleep.conf so that users can set the delay to hibernate once in
sleep from the GUI (I think of it as a good addition considering we have the
option to enabled "While asleep, hibernate after a period of inactivity", thus
having a field to modify the period sounds logical)
