Bug ID: 475292 Summary: Centric alignment // Zen Mode Classification: Applications Product: kate Version: 23.08.1 Platform: Other OS: Other Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kwrite-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: shaloksha...@protonmail.ch Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 162127 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=162127&action=edit Alignment adjustable SUMMARY VSCode has the ability to center the text and since we all stare at our screens in a straight line, does it take the bending of our neck, to look at the (left) side of the screen. I suggest introducing a centric alignment as well. This is also used for the zen mode. Which could be another improvement ;) OBSERVED RESULT The neck hurts :D EXPECTED RESULT I can see the text aligned in the middle. The ideal solution could involve, that the edges of the view area, can be expanded and shrinked. I added a short video, to explain this. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
