SUMMARY
KColorChooser does not display the color hovered over on the screen, but is
able to select it.
Plasma is launched under Wayland, I've tried it on "Wayland" and "XWayland"
applications and the result is identical.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use KDE Under Wayland session
2. run kcolorchooser
