I am on Arch and do regular upgrades. Since about 1-2 months, plasma-nm applet
stopped working after a resume. It behaves as if there was completely no
network cards installed in the computer, or maybe even no NetowrkManager.
I have to either reboot, or re-login into KDE to fix this.
If I then run nm-applet in parallel, it works correctly.
Meanwhile, NetworkManager works in the background and connects to the network,
but plasma-nm becomes completely detached.

1. Suspend

Intel WiFi card, but it also affects ethernet.
