STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Follow steps here:

2. Then these:
https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/development/Build_software_with_kdesrc-build
3. `kdesrc-build workspace` (Qt6 is already installed from Arch repository)
OBSERVED RESULT
It attempts to build kdecorations first, which relies upon breeze, which relies
upon kcoreaddons
EXPECTED RESULT
It first builds packages that don't depend on other packages that still need to
be built, such as kcoreaddons.
