STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set global gesture(mouse right press) "alt+tab", set excluded activating
window(e.g. Firefox).
2. Use gesture switch to Firefox from gesture enabled window.
3. Somewhere right click.
4. press any key ,click start widget or desktop.
5. Somewhere right click again.
OBSERVED RESULT
2. Switch to Firefox
3. Right menu don't response
5. Right menu popup successfully
