Bug ID: 475828 Summary: Spell Check highlighter gets confused by multiple paragraphs Classification: Frameworks and Libraries Product: frameworks-sonnet Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: martin.sandsm...@kde.org Reporter: m...@ratijas.tk CC: kdelibs-b...@kde.org Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 162420 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=162420&action=edit Lorem ipsum — extended version SUMMARY Sonnet spell checker and document handler used in Kirigami to highlight misspelled words gets very confused about multiple paragraphs of text. Say, N is current caret position from the beginning of the whole document. Now, for every paragraph take Nth position from the beginning of that paragraph, and if it lands on a misspelled word — highlight that word. It makes no sense, that that's how it seems to work.
