2. Set a new global shortcut that is already assigned (e.g. Meta+E, assigned to
Dolphin)
OBSERVED RESULT
A dialog with "The shortcut 'Meta+E' conflicts with the following key
combination:"
EXPECTED RESULT
That dialog, with information on what is currently holding that shortcut
