Depiction of the problem.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Invoke systemsettings5.
2. Restore systemsettings5.
3. Enter kcm_icons.
4. Open the icon size configurator pseudo-window.
5. Maximize the window.
OBSERVED RESULT
It renders past the top of the window (without any movement animation).
EXPECTED RESULT
It should remain in the centre of the window.
