SUMMARY
The Document Preview plugin UI just says "Preview not available", without
hinting the problem of missing KMarkdownWebview.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate
2. Enable Document Preview plugin from settings
3. Create a markdown file, *.md
4. Create markdown text, and open Documente Preview tool view
OBSERVED RESULT
"Preview not available"
EXPECTED RESULT
"Missing kmarkdownwebview...", in case a required software dependency is
missing. Maybe in the "Diagnostics" view, or something
