While multi screen support has always been complicated on Plasma 5, with the
5.7.x releases it more or less worked.
After updating to Plasma 5.8.0 the multi screen support is completely broken.
After every restart, logout, lid closing or removing of a screen, all
configurations are lost and the standard desktop configuration is applied to
the screens.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unlocking/Restarting/Disconnecting Screen/Closing lid
2. Unlocking session
3. All parameters are lost + taskbar behaviour is unpredictable and mostly
completely disappears.
Actual Results:
The screen configuration is lost and I'm presented the standard desktop, with
standard wallpaper, etc.
The taskbar is randomly jumping from one screen to an other without any clear
pattern.
Expected Results:
Widgets, desktop wallpaper and all parameters should be remembered.
