SUMMARY
When I open KInfoCenter and go to the Energy panel with the window at just the
right size for the text to nearly clip the bottom edge of the screen, it seems
there's a small margin created at the bottom of the window, causing the whole
UI to jump around
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KInfoCenter's Energy panel
2. Play around with the window size
OBSERVED RESULT
The UI jumps around at some sizes
EXPECTED RESULT
The UI stays stable
