By my experience on programming, I think it happen because of drawing function
in the source code. The close button, apply button work fine, and I can choose
theme, BUT ONE THING IS IT DOESN'T SHOW UP. I guess the position, and I can set
like normal

1.Just open system setting
2.workspace theme

Actual Results:
nothing shows up

shows the themes setting
