It's as the summary says, and I cannot find out why. Meaning I have
investigated, to no avail.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open program.
2. Close program.
3. Attempt to reopen program, but fail.
Actual Results:
Task launches the second time, then nearly immediately crashes. No gui or
window opened.
Expected Results:
Task launches correctly the second time, and doesn't crash.
OS: Windows 10
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770
Assuming a graphics card wouldn't be in play here, since it launches perfectly
the first time w/o hiccups
(chipset is AMD Radeon HD 7700)
RAM Count: 32GB (a bit overkill I know)
Besides that, nothing else seems worth mentioning.
