Handlers stretched vertically after moving panel up and down a few times
SUMMARY
The handlers used to set a custom panel size get stretched each time the panel
is moved. It's easier to see if you move the panel up and down a few times and
then try to set a custom panel size (that will make the handlers very big), but
it also happens if you move it horizontally (the effect is much less visible
but the arrows get stretched horizontally as well). See the attached screenshot
for details.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter edit mode
2. Move the panel up and down a few times
3. Go to the Length section and select "Custom"
OBSERVED RESULT
The handlers used to resize the panel get very stretched
EXPECTED RESULT
Same size no matter how many times the panel gets moved
