The option to install Neon from the "Welcome center" is missing the icon
clicking on it leads to "Internal error: could not prompt the user for which
application to start"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot up neon-unstable-20231109-1616 ISO (e.g. in VirtualBox)
2. Click on the install icon on first page of Welcome Center

OBSERVED RESULT
Icon is missing, Install process does not start

EXPECTED RESULT
Icon is present, Install process should start

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon Unstable Edition (2023-11-09)
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.245.0
Qt Version: 6.6.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Had to set VirtualBox to enable 3D-Accelaration, otherwise neon won't boot up
(see #476629)
