time picker not respecting 24-hour format
SUMMARY
When creating an alarm via KClock, my locale settings for date/time are
ignored. The clock widget to pick the hour and minute for my alarm is showing
the selected values with an AM/PM toggle next to them, although my system is
configured to use the 24-hour format.
Furthermore, once the alarm is created, it shows up in the expected 24-hour
format in the alarms list.
The Date&Time KCM also does not respect the 24-hour setting, by the way.
Thanks!
