Depiction of the problem.
SUMMARY
The clipboard context menu (created using Meta+V by default) doesn't
display a cursor for some users.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Meta+V
2. Type
OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor is invisible for me inside the search bar except when
selecting text inside the search bar.
EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor should be visible inside the search bar.
