OBSERVED RESULT
Syncing clipboard on Android 11 or upper are only allowed for default ime,you
cant only sync clipboard if you open kde ime
EXPECTED RESULT
Kde connect can open a port or service for other Ime to bind,so that clipboard
can be received even you use other IME
