            Bug ID: 477428
Summary: Enabling KDE Connect in accessibility settings breaks
                    Google touch to search
    Classification: Applications
           Product: kdeconnect
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Android
                OS: Android 13.x
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: android-application
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
When enabling KDE Connect in androids accessibility settings, it breaks Google
Chrome's touch to search (sometimes known as contextual search) feature. This
is needed for the "mouse receiver" functionality. I originally made a Reddit
post about this where others were able to recreate the issue:
https://www.reddit.com/r/kde/s/egCAK0Wmoh

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Settings on an android device with KDE Connect
2. Go into Accessibility > Installed Apps.
3. Press on KDE Connect and toggle it on.
4. Open Google Chrome, ensuring that touch to search is enabled (Settings >
Google Services > Touch to search)
5. Tap or highlight text to attempt to trigger tap to search.

OBSERVED RESULT
The popup that should appear when tapping or highlighting text doesn't appear.
Disabling KDE Connect from the accessibility settings menu allows touch to
search to work as intended again.

EXPECTED RESULT
When tapping or highlighting words, a popup should appear from the bottom of
the page that allows a preview of googling that word or phrase.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Android: 14
KDE Connect: 1.29.0
Google Chrome: 119.0.6045.163
