Continues to be an issue in KMail 5.3.0, KDE Frameworks 5.26.0, Qt 5.6.1.

Although this version of KMail has switched to QtWebEngine (and thus has to
start an external browser in order to print), the message continues to appear
at the top of HTML formatted e-mails.
