STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover
2. click on "All applications" in the sidebar
3. press right arrow key and then left arrow key
OBSERVED RESULT
the apps list is horizontally scrolled despite the horizontal scroll bar is not
activated
EXPECTED RESULT
the apps list is not horizontally scrolled
