SUMMARY
Both panel spacers on my bottom panel became wide/large fixed width even when
not in editing mode. The has been there for couple of months on Plasma 6 dev
branch, and I can't recall doing anything weird which could have led to this
artifact, however I did edit the panel a lot even though its configuration
should be more or less default now.
Reproducible with any Plasma theme.

1. Use Plasma

3. Get wide panel spacers
