Current Import from Card Reader Window
SUMMARY

Import from Card Reader dialog used to show a menu that allowed users to
specify how and where to carry out the import. The menu is no longer available
in digikam 8.1.0, or 8.2.0, for Windows.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on Import then Card Readers and select a source.

OBSERVED RESULT
A window opens to show the images on the selected device, with headings down
the right-hand side. The shortcut Ctrl + M does not display a menu.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Window also shows a menu at the top.
