Plasma panel edit mode - clicking on applet
SUMMARY
Watch the attached video.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter Edit Mode for a panel.
2. Hover over any applet, and start clicking it
OBSERVED RESULT
Popup with "Configuration" & "Remove" buttons appears and instantly disappears,
leaving double-animation trail (because KWin effects reasons™); but also some
or all applets visually disappear and re-appear back again sometimes.
