STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new panel on the edge between two monitors in a multiple monitor
setup
2. Set its visibility to "Dodge windows"
3. Open a full screen window in that monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
The panel does not auto hide.
EXPECTED RESULT
The panel should dodge the window and auto hide.
