Zoom on the panel while I switch workspaces
SUMMARY

When I switch between workspaces, a flickering dark box appears on the
translucent panel in front of the black workspace gap.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create multiple workspaces
2. Set panel translucent (I also have it floating, but don't think that is
needed)
3. Switch workspaces
OBSERVED RESULT
Flickering dark box on the panel in front of the workspace gap
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel ignores the workspace gap
