Bug 476389 is about the plasmoid/tray icon not appearing at all in Plasma 6,
this one is about the plasmoid not having an option/button to open the app (the
`kdeconnect-app` executable, which has some additional features not available
in the plasmoid) instead of just the KCM/settings window, which is still the
case for now.
