STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into Plasma (X11)
2. kwin_x11 --replace
OBSERVED RESULT
Crashes, starts again, crashes, restats, and repeats until "KWin is unstable"
window popup up. After that it is magically back to normal.
