STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch neon-unstable-20231126-1118.iso image
2. Go to screen 5 of the Welcome Center
3. Click the link.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
A web browser opens the link.

I downloaded the KDE Neon Unstable ISO, version
neon-unstable-20231126-1118.iso. Also, that link is just the first I tried-
none of the links seem to work.
