Hi,
This is not a bug, this is feature requested by another user (I didn't search
the ticket).
You should have this behavior only if you are in reconciliation mode:
https://docs.kde.org/trunk5/en/skrooge/skrooge/operations.html#reconciliation
This is to facilitate the reconciliation by pointing automatically the added
operations (heu ! transactions :-) )
